Letter to the editor: Voting is a good sign that people want to be heard

Thank you voters of Addison County, Huntington and Buel’s Gore for your support in last week’s primary election. Now, it’s on to the Nov. 6 General Election. Around the county, we had a great turnout, and that is a very healthy sign for our democracy.
It’s my honor to represent you in the Vermont Senate, where I work every day to make Vermont a better place to live for all of us — focusing on creating good jobs in a healthy environment.
I will be out campaigning this fall, and I hope to see you. If our paths don’t cross, please always feel free to contact me ([email protected] or 453-3444). I learn a lot from your calls, and I am happy to help you with any matters in which government plays a role.
With gratitude,
Sen. Chris Bray, New Haven
