Often lost in this hyper-partisan political climate is the core duty of our elected officials: representing the needs of the constituents they serve. For this reason, I strongly support Chris Bray’s reelection to the Vermont Senate. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Chris in support of Addison County employers, including Middlebury’s Aqua ViTea Kombucha. Chris listens, takes the time to understand the unique issues of local small businesses, and leverages all available resources to help employers thrive and create jobs here. For Aqua ViTea, that means providing access to clean water and healthy food systems, while also working to ensure that all kombucha brewers can compete on a level playing field.
Chris is also an active booster of community nonprofits, including the UVM/Porter Hospital Auxiliary Board and WomenSafe, that deliver critical services to the county, including to the most vulnerable among us.
Chris Bray’s record of constituent service has proven that he is a reliable, compassionate, and effective advocate for Addison County, its employers, and its residents. More than ever, we need him representing us in Montpelier.
