Girls’ hockey edges Wolves, 1-0

SOUTH BURLINGTON — The Middlebury Union High School girls’ hockey team edged host South Burlington on Saturday, 1-0, to improve to 4-2. The Tigers will host Hartford on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
Ella Tucker scored at 7:12 of the third period to provide the game-winner. Bella Gale and Ryley Olsen assisted Tucker.
Goalie Lydia Deppman worked an 11-save shutout for MUHS, while Lyssa Tan stopped 25 shots for the Wolves.
