NEW HAVEN — A military memorial service and celebration of life for Seth Oscar Nelson, who died April 25, 2020, will be held on Saturday, Aug. 22, at 2 p.m., at 1323 East Street, New Haven. It will take place outside on private property, with a tent provided for weather. Attendees should follow current Vermont travel and mask guidelines.
