ADDISON COUNTY — The Addison Independent is sponsoring an Addison County-wide holiday decorating contest called “Like the Lights.” Submit a photo of your home or business all decked-out for the holidays and then go onto the Addy Indy Facebook page for details and to cast your vote for your favorite.
There will be 15 winners who will receive $50 in either Middlebury Money, Vergennes Green or Bristol Bucks. Submissions — due by Sunday, Dec. 20, at the latest — can be emailed to contests@ www.addisonindependent.com or filed on our website.
Folks can also share photos with our Facebook page directly, where all submissions will be collected for voting. Then winners will be based on the number of “likes” they receive on the Independent’s Facebook page.
