If you’ve tried to park behind Ilsley Library and found that municipal lot blocked off, you’ve probably realized it won’t be long before Middlebury’s public library will be under construction. The emergence of the temporary “Mini Ilsley” in the Duclos building on Main Street is further evidence of the work ahead.
