Middlebury OKs $49.5M sewer bond

Middlebury residents on Tuesday voted overwhelming in favor of three public works-related bond proposals, the centerpiece of which was a proposed $49.5 million upgrade of the town’s 24-year-old wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) at 243 Industrial Ave.
