Fort Ti Ferry’s season start could be underwater
THE OWNER OF the historic Fort Ti Ferry said a planned May 1 service launch has been cast in doubt by an ongoing inspection and debris-recovery effort being staged by developers of the Champlain Hudson Power Express, a new cable sending electricity to New York City.
