Eagle girls’ soccer battles, but falls to top D-II team

Visiting Milton, Division II’s second-place girls’ soccer team, dealt the Mount Abraham girls a 1-0 loss on Tuesday that also ended the 7-4-1 Eagles’ hopes of earning a top-four seed for the Division II playoffs. Postseason games begin this coming Tuesday and Wednesday.
