Kudos to the Middlebury town for great communication during this storm. I regularly enjoy the selectboard minutes emails and postings of emergencies, but the quick and efficient updates about road closures and safety warnings have been very welcome.
The last one about justification for improvements to culverts and river embankments was a funny and well-thought-out rationale on why we need to continue making (oftentimes costly) improvements for the longevity and safety of our town.
