Minifactory presents Nepalese and Guatemalan pop-up dinners

Minifactory on Bristol’s Main Street will be showcasing the food of Ananda Tamang and Wendy Paola Girón Marroquín during a summer pop-up dinner series on Friday nights through the summer. The weekly dinners showcase the talents of two local female cooks, Ananda Tamang, a Nepalese cook who divides her year between her native Nepal and her home in Vermont; and Wendy Paola Girón Marroquín, who serves Guatemalan fare via her catering business La Chapina.
