Middlebury to see water, sewer work
THIS WATER RESERVOIR on Middlebury’s Chipman Hill was built in 1928 and sits below the current reservoir. Middlebury Public Works is planning a new water tank that will be located on the western side of this reservoir, which will be drained after amphibians are moved from the site.

The town of Middlebury is preparing to invest millions in its water, sewer and transportation infrastructure, a to-do list that will benefit this year from $2.1 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) money.
