Monkton News: Yoga classes and library events
MONKTON — Community Yoga continues on Saturday, May 16, from 9 – 10 a.m. at the Russell Memorial Library. Laurel Kelly will guide you through slow, gentle moves to relax your soul. Bring a yoga mat. Join in on the fun at the Russell Memorial Library for Stitch & Spin on Sunday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Bring your knitting, embroidery, crocheting or any other project you have to gab with other crafters while you work on your piece in this comforting, friendly setting. The library is open for its regular hours so, you can browse also. Call 802-453-4471 for more info.
On Sunday evenings every week, Eugenie Doyle holds yoga classes at the Town Hall from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. This free class walks you through a relaxing course of Ashtanga yoga moves. Contact her at [email protected] or call 802-989-3378 with questions.
