Middlebury to launch infrastructure projects

A major rebuild of Middle Road North, draining and paving upgrades to Halladay Road and the installation of a new stormwater treatment system on Mary Hogan Elementary School grounds are among the top projects on the Middlebury Public Works Department’s 2025 to-do list.
