Elderly Services wraps up energy renovation

Workers are putting the finishing touches on $3.25 million in renovations to Elderly Services Inc.’s (ESI) headquarters off Middlebury’s Exchange Street. The project is already paying big dividends for the nonprofit, which hosts one of the most successful and admired adult daycare programs in the Northeast.
