New restaurant set to open in Vergennes

One thing to know about the soon-to-open Vergennes eatery in the North Main Street Kennedy Brothers Building is why its co-owners are calling it “The Holt Restaurant.” The name relates to the marketing niche Panton’s Teresa Boucher and Adam Neff want their restaurant to occupy.
