Local girls’ soccer has mixed results

In recent high school girls’ soccer play, Middlebury picked up a rivalry victory over Vergennes, but dropped a road game to a top Division II contender; Mount Abraham posted a key win over a Lake Division rival to reach .500; the Commodores also fell to another Lake rival and dropped to .500; and Otter Valley won twice in three tries.
