Middlebury lauds departing town manager
LONGTIME MIDDLEBURY TOWN Manager Kathleen Ramsay got a rousing sendoff at a special party held at Town Hall Theater on Sept. 5. Among those saluting Ramsay for her service were selectboard Chair Brian Carpenter, left, and former Town Manager Bill Finger, whom Ramsay succeeded in 2012.
