Building St. Peter’s: An exhibit and history talk at Bixby

It’s a sesquicentennial celebration! The Bixby Library will host an exhibit and talk to honor the building of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Vergennes. Vergennes Historical Society Director, Susan Ferland will present a history talk on Thursday, Sept. 5, from 5-6:30 p.m., when she will explore the changing landscape of the Little City and the congregation over the last 150 years.
Accompanying the talk is an exhibit hanging in the Half-Round Room on the second floor of the library. The exhibit is on view during the library’s open hours, Tuesday-Saturday.
