Fair showcases old-time tools

HORSE-LOVER TED Russell operates a “chicken scratch tedder” across a Field Days demonstration field, giving visitors a taste of farm life prior to electricity. He still teaches many beginner courses through the Green Mountain Draft Horse Association at Shelburne Farm.
