VUHS commencement encourages grads to ‘Believe’

The 58 graduates recognized at the Vergennes Union High School commencement ceremony last week weren’t all athletes. Nonetheless, they all received a game-day-worthy locker room speech along with their diplomas at graduation this past Friday.
