Flynn, Torres tapped to lead Better Middlebury Partnership

KATHRYN TORRES, LEFT, and Kelly Flynn have been named co-directors of the Better Middlebury Partnership. The duo, who take over for Karen Duguay, will work to promote and strengthen downtown Middlebury as a destination for shoppers and tourists.
