Lincoln news for Oct. 19

The annual Fill the Firehouse Food Drive will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. to noon. The Lincoln Firehouse will be open to collect non-perishable food, toiletries and cash/check donations to benefit the Have-A-Heart Food Shelf in Bristol. Items particularly needed are pasta sauce, canned chicken, canned salmon, peanut butter, diced tomatoes, canned fruit, canned beans, baked beans, cereal and soup.
