Liza Myers, a painter and sculptor will share her art career Friday, Sept. 15, at 7 p.m., at Brandon Artists Guild, 7 Center Street in downtown Brandon. Her art is themed with nature, painting the architecture of tangled nests and their inhabitants. Myers’ imagery weaves a strong thread of global interconnectedness.

The reception will be held on Friday from 7-8:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. Next month, Hallie Monroe will present her stained-glass art on Oct. 20.
