Lincoln lands bylaw modernization grant

The Lincoln Planning Commission, in conjunction with Addison County Regional Planning, is using this grant to update portions of Lincoln’s Zoning Bylaws to help mitigate obstacles to growth in Lincoln’s four Village Districts, in accordance with Vermont’s Smart Growth principles.
