Opera house grant to help boost revised access plan

A $30,000 Community Development Block Grant awarded to the city of Vergennes last week will help what is now an expanded Vergennes Opera House handicap access project move forward, according to Friends of the Vergennes Opera House (FVOH) President Gerianne Smart.
