City eyes fire budget; two towns to get money back

City Counselor Mel Hawley and Ferrisburgh Town Clerk Pam Cousino determined Vergennes was undercharged by $6,357 and Waltham by $482, while Ferrisburgh was overbilled by $5,707 and Panton by $2,005.
