Eagle girls’ basketball tops Otter Valley

After a first half on Tuesday that featured a combined 23 turnovers and ended with the host Otter Valley girls’ basketball team clinging to a 9-7 lead over Mount Abraham, the question was whether either team was going to play up to its capabilities in the second half.
