Tiger skaters are D-II stars

MIDDLEBURY — Three members of the Division II champion Middlebury Union High School girls’ hockey team were named D-II all-stars, as was one member of the MUHS boys’ hockey team.
From the girls’ team, senior goalie Abby Hodsden, senior defender Audrey Schnoor, freshman forward Ella Tucker, and 8th-grade forward Channing Brush were named D-II all-stars. No distinction was made between first- and second-team players.
From the Tiger boys’ team, senior defender Tucker Stearns was named a D-II first-team all-star.
In addition, Stearns, Hodsden and Schnoor were all named to teams for the annual Rotary Senior All-Star Classic, an event that was canceled for the second straight year due to the pandemic.
