Vermont State Police Log: Troopers say driver was 32 mph over limit
ADDISON COUNTY — On March 17 at around 6:30 p.m. a Vermont State Police trooper saw a speeding vehicle northbound on Route 7 in Ferrisburgh near Stage Road. The officer clocked the vehicle at 72 mph in a 40 mph zone.
The trooper stopped the vehicle and cited the driver, identified as 27-year-old Allison Dana of Winooski, for excessive speed. Dana was ordered to answer the charge in Addison Superior Court, Criminal Division, on May 10.
Between March 14 and 23, this was the only incident about which state police operating out of the New Haven barracks issued a press release.
