Golf course stages member-member duels
MIDDLEBURY — The tandems of Diane Neuse and Mia Politano and Kirk and Kyle Goodman were the top winners this past Saturday and Sunday during the Ralph Myhre Golf Course’s annual Member-Member Weekend.
Neuse and Politano were the women’s flight gross winners, followed by the duos of Eva Mastalos and Giselle Lafleche in second and Jane Beck and Marilyn O’Keefe in third.
The Goodmans prevailed in the men’s White Tee Flight gross competition, followed by Christopher Wilson and Joe Bartlett in second, Eric Bergland and Mike Adams in third, and Duncan Fitzgerald and Nick Bingaman in fourth.
In the men’s Gold Tee Flight gross competition the team Chris Prickitt and Doug Biklen won, with the teams of Jim Johnston and Robert Kirkpatrick and Bert Phinney and Richard Wheeler tying for second, and Ashley Cadwell and Dick Crumb taking fourth.
In net competition, Mastalos and Lafleche came out on top in the women’s flight, with the pairing of Eileen Sims and Sheila Cameron taking second and Beck and O’Keefe in third.
In the men’s White Tee Flight Brett Barrett and Robert Clark won, with Matt Randall and Russell Barrett in second, Nick Sharpe and Philip Klinck in third, and David Maynard and Kevin Cheney in fourth.
In the men’s Gold Tee Flight Deem Michael Schoenfeld came out on top, with Ben Cadoret and Tom McGinn in second and Gregg Humphrey and Josh Newton in third.
