Dear Members of our Porter Medical Center Community,
Over the last month, Porter Medical Center’s team of health care professionals has been hard at work to assure our readiness to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our commitment is to continue communicating with you to share the steps we are taking to keep you and our staff safe, in addition to local developments as they occur. You can rely on our website and Facebook page for the most current updates.
Today, however, I wanted to pause and to thank you for the outpouring of support that we have seen from our community.
Whether it is creating a sign to cheer on our staff, offering supplies or other donations, our community is truly coming together and helping wherever possible.
Thank you for all the offers of help and letters of support. These gestures are what ground and sustain our team as we strive to ensure our readiness to address the challenges ahead.
As always, your words of encouragement are appreciated. Feel free
to voice your support by sending a message to: [email protected]
We will happily share these messages with our staff.
With gratitude,
Tom Thompson
Interim President and Chief Operating Officer
Porter Medical Center
