I am writing to wholeheartedly support Victoria Jette for re-election to the school board. Victoria is a thoughtful, open-minded, collaborative person. She has dedicated countless hours to the Board and has three children in the three schools. She understands the implications of rising costs and decreasing enrollments and is committed to listening and finding solutions, even when that is extremely difficult.
As a member of the Finance Committee, she is careful with our tax dollars and wants our money put to the best, most efficient use. She also knows that our schools are the heart of our community and she does not make any recommendation lightly or without feedback from parents and citizens. Our district is fortunate to have such a strong leader involved in the Facilities Master Planning process.
Victoria has a huge heart and a sharp mind. We are lucky to have someone willing to serve on this complex and time consuming board.
