Ferrisburgh students stage a circus

THE KIDS AT Ferrisburgh Central School were mesmerized by artist in residence Troy Wunderle, who taught different circus skills and brought them to the brink of joyful chaos with his humor one second and serious direction the next.

Ferrisburgh Central School kicked off 2020 with a two-week residency with circus artist Troy Wunderle of Wunderle’s Big Top Adventures.
The kids were mesmerized by Wunderle, who has performed with Circus Smirkus. He taught different circus skills and brought the youngsters to the brink of joyful chaos with his humor one second and serious direction the next.
The residency culminated in a performance at the Vergennes Union Middle School gym this past Thursday. Addison Independent photographer Steve James caught a rehearsal of the big performance and took these photos.
