Letter to the editor: Buy Again Alley’s ‘Help Others’ mission serves many
I want to highly commend Jutta Miska and her shop “Buy Again Alley.” Jutta’s mission for the her Middlebury store are many and the main one is to “Help Others.” This came through when I dropped by her store in later October and told her about my fundraising effort. Because I’m a breast cancer survivor, I row for the Dragonheart Vermont (DHVT) dragon boat “Sisters” team on Lake Champlain in Burlington. The Sisters team won a bid to compete in the Dragonboat Club Crew Worlds in Aix Les Bains, France, in August 2020. Like many of the DHVT members, I have been selling socks this fall to help raise money for the group to travel to this upcoming venture.
I want to recognize Jutta Miska and Buy Again Alley for helping raise money to help the Dragonheart Vermont team make it to this world championship.
