Neat Repeats donates funds

MIDDLEBURY — After several months settling into their new location on Route 7 South, Neat Repeats has announced the recipients of its spring and summer grants. Awards totaled $28,977.
Awardees include: $7,500 HOPE/Housing Solutions; $4,691 family assistance (18 grants); $4,268 dental assistance (9); $3,000 Elderly Services — pledge; $2,700 scholarships at MAUHS, MUHS, VUHS; $2,179 Addison County Fair and Field Days; $600 Vermont FFA Leadership Conference (2); $500 Starksboro Co-op Preschool/mulch; $500 Lake Champlain Maritime Museum/Abenaki Heritage; $500 Festival-on-the-Green; $424 Hospice Volunteer Services/books; $300 Fresh Air Fund/outing; $300 Hathorne School/paint; $294 Camp Thorpe/equipment; $285 educational opportunities (3); $260 Otter Creek Child Care Center/intercom system; $250 STEAM Vermont; $200 Quarry Hill School/summer playgroup; $175 other organizations (5); $100 Starksboro Sports Program/soccer JamFest.
These grants are made possible because of support from the Addison County communities through donations, shoppers and Neat Repeats volunteers.
