ADDISON — Neil D. Metcalf, who died July 24, 2019, will have a military burial service on Aug. 22, at 1 p.m., at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery, located at 487 Furnace Road in Randolph Center. There will be a motorcycle procession starting from the Vergennes Park and Ride at 10:30 a.m. that will proceed to the cemetery. Anyone wishing to follow along whether it be by motorcycle or car are welcome.
