MIDDLEBURY — Mark Sousa of Middlebury recently graduated from the Vermont Leadership Institute, which is run by the Snelling Center for Government. The commencement ceremony for the class of 2018 was held June 2 at Basin Harbor Resort in Ferrisburgh with Speaker of the House Mitzi Johnson delivering the keynote address.
