Charter House benefit concert and carol sing set for Dec. 19
MIDDLEBURY — For the sixth year, Middlebury United Methodist Church will host its annual concert and carol sing. The concert, which will be held on Tuesday evening, Dec. 19, at 7:00 p.m. Soloists, small groups, and other musical presenters will join to support the Charter House Coalition. Kevin Parizo will be the organist for this event.
The coalition, comprised of church members and community volunteers, works together to provide hot meals every day for anyone in need. In addition, on cold nights, sleeping arrangements are available in the Charter House building on Main Street across from the Congregational Church.
These needs are being met through the generosity of donors and churches who give to the Coalition. The concert on Dec. 19 will provide and opportunity for those attending to make donations.
Come and support local musicians as they offer their talents to bring an evening of song and instrumental pieces. Join in the carol singing as well.
