It seems that Trump’s economic plan “to make America Great Again,” (now called MAGAnomics) is a redo of Reganomics and Bushanomics. Both are the tried and failed concept of reduce taxes on the rich and reduce regulations and somehow the rich will start doing an Ayn Rand thing of exploding with creative and enterprising energy.
But it didn’t happen then and won’t happen now.
Trump probably thinks his flim-flam salesmanship will be magic. With all his bankruptcies, he has an illusion that he never fails. How much of America will he bring down in his flaming crash that has already started?
