Middlebury police cite N.Y. man for allegedly deadly threats

MIDDLEBURY — Middlebury police on May 29 cited Shaun Ryan, 32, of Crown Point, N.Y., with two counts of disorderly conduct stemming from an investigation into allegations that he threatened some employees of the Agri-Mark/Cabot plant at 869 Exchange St.
The threatening behavior, according to Middlebury Police Det. Kris Bowdish, escalated between August and December of 2015 and allegedly involved threats of deadly violence directed against employees and their families.
