Addison County Criminal Court Log for Nov. 5

ADDISON COUNTY — In recent activity in Addison Superior Court, Criminal Division, the following took place:
Cele Bisguier, 51, of Bronx, N.Y., pleaded guilty to an Aug. 1 charge of driving under the influence, and was fined $667.
Gary S. Briggs, 27, of Bristol pleaded innocent to a Sept. 26 charge of driving under the influence, and was released with conditions.
Marlene Carr, 63, of Addison pleaded innocent to an Aug. 16 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or both, second offense, and was released with conditions.
Timmy Crowe, 53, of Moncks Corner, S.C., pleaded no contest to a May 13 charge of driving under the influence, and was fined $667.
Ann M. Delancey, 44, of Weybridge pleaded guilty to an Aug. 31 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was ordered to complete the Reparative Board and was fined $147.
Michael Desjadon, 23, of Middlebury pleaded guilty to an Aug. 30 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was sentenced to 8 days on work crew and was fined $147.
James Robby Holwager, 54, of Vergennes had an Aug. 7 charge of driving under the influence dismissed without prejudice by the state.
Erin Loven, 28, of Vergennes pleaded innocent to an Oct. 1 charge of driving under the influence, and was released with conditions.
Brian W. Maccione, 32, of Whiting pleaded innocent to a Sept. 28 charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and was released with conditions.
Rachel A. Murray, 31, of Fair Haven pleaded innocent to a July 21 charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol or both, and was released on recognizance.
Aaron John Myers, 33, of North Ferrisburgh pleaded guilty to a Jan. 18 charge of reckless or grossly negligent driving, amended from a charge of driving under the influence, third or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to two years in jail, all but 20 days suspended, and was fined $147.
Codey Paquin, 23, of Bristol had a Sept. 8 charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed without prejudice by the state.
Philip D. Phelps, 62, of Wolcott pleaded guilty to a Sept. 4 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was ordered to complete the Reparative Board and was fined $147.
Jeremy L. Pidgeon, 30, of Bristol had an Aug. 13 charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed without prejudice by the state.
Anthony J. Rochon, 23, of Bristol had May 12, 2014, charges of reckless endangerment and cruelty to a person in custody of another dismissed by the court.
Ole J. Thomsen, 52, of Bristol pleaded innocent to an Oct. 4 charge of driving under the influence, and was released on recognizance.
Laurie J. Whittemore, 43, of Salisbury pleaded guilty to a Sept. 11 charge of petit larceny, $900 or less, and was ordered to make restitution and complete the Reparative Board, and was fined $147.
Timothy Joseph Williams, 27, of Burlington pleaded innocent to Sept. 27 charges of resisting arrest, second or subsequent offense; unlawful trespass-land; and disorderly conduct-fight, etc. He was being held on unrelated charges at Northwest State Correctional Facility.
