Addison County Criminal Court Log for Sept. 24

ADDISON COUNTY — In recent activity in Addison Superior Court, Criminal Division, the following took place:
Jeffrey Angolano, 45, of Johnson pleaded innocent to an Aug. 7 charge of careless or negligent driving, and was released with conditions.
Kara A. Barndollar, 24, of Miami, Fla., pleaded innocent to a July 7 charge of disorderly conduct-obstructing traffic, and was released with conditions.
Cheryl L. Barrows, 50, of East Middlebury pleaded innocent to a July 21 charge of retail theft, $900 or less, and was released with conditions.
Jacob Bourgeois, 20, of Cornwall pleaded guilty to an Aug. 16 charge of driving under the influence, and was sentenced to a 90-day license suspension and was fined $667.
Bethany Ann Cabiya, 39, of Salisbury pleaded guilty to an Aug. 6 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was sentenced to 10 days on work crew and was fined $147.
Matthew James Coleman, 38, of Starksboro pleaded innocent to a May 29 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was released with conditions.
Elizabeth Catlin, 25, of Greene, Maine, pleaded innocent to a July 7 charge of disorderly conduct-obstructing traffic, and was released with conditions.
Kellie Jean Coakley, 31, of New Haven pleaded guilty to a July 13 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was fined $722.
John R. Cole, 44, of Ferrisburgh pleaded innocent to an Aug. 7 charge of driving under the influence, second offense, and was released with conditions.
Elizabeth Conley, 22, of Exeter, N.H., pleaded innocent to an Aug. 22 charge of driving under the influence, and was released on recognizance.
James K. Corkins, 45, of South Burlington pleaded innocent to a June 27 charge of careless or negligent driving, and was released with conditions.
Michelle F. Cousino, 27, of Middlebury pleaded innocent to a June 28 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was released with conditions.
Emily F. Eck, 24, of Plainfield pleaded innocent to a July 7 charge of disorderly conduct-obstructing traffic, and was released with conditions.
Daniel P. Fallon, 26, of Benson pleaded innocent to a May 17 charge of driving under the influence, and was released with conditions.
Lorrie Fundis, 46, of Bristol pleaded innocent to a Nov. 23, 2013, charge of common law forgery and an Aug. 24, 2014, charge of providing false information to an officer/implicating another, and was released with conditions.
Damien Gabriel, 18, of Southwest Ranches, Fla., pleaded innocent to a July 7 charge of disorderly conduct-obstructing traffic, and was released with conditions.
Jessie L. Huestis, 36, of Ferrisburgh pleaded innocent to a July 25 charge of disorderly conduct-fight, etc., and was released with conditions.
Danielle Knott, 22, of New Haven pleaded guilty to an Aug. 26 charge of driving under the influence, and was sentenced to a 90-day license suspension and was fined $667.
Walter Koshel, 24, of Mount Vernon, N.Y., pleaded guilty to a June 17 charge of careless or negligent driving, amended from a charge of driving under the influence, and was fined $722.
Stanley E. Mayo Jr., 52, of Lincoln pleaded innocent to an Aug. 22 charge of driving under the influence, second offense, and was released with conditions.
Matthew Moore, 33, of Putnam Station, N.Y., pleaded innocent to an Aug. 13 charge of driving under the influence, and was released with conditions.
Jodi Palmer, 38, of North Ferrisburgh pleaded innocent to an Aug. 15 charge of driving under the influence, greater than the legal limit, second offense, and was released with conditions.
Melanie Sargent, 46, of Middlebury pleaded innocent to a July 21 charge of driving with a suspended license, and was released with conditions.
David C. Stetson, 53, of Middlebury pleaded innocent to an Aug. 22 charge of driving under the influence, second offense, and was released with conditions.
Elizabeth Williams, 32, of Bedford, N.Y., pleaded innocent to an Aug. 22 charge of driving under the influence, and was released on recognizance.
