Neat Repeats shop awards $14,900 in spring grants

MIDDLEBURY — The volunteers at the Neat Repeats consignment shop in Middlebury have awarded $14,900 in the spring 2015 grant cycle, as follows:
Payments of $3,750 to Addison County Housing Solutions, $2,900 in family assistance to 15 families, $1,500 in educational opportunities to six recipients, $1,000 to Festival on-the-Green, $900 in sports opportunities to three recipients, $750 to Addison Central Teens, $720 to Boy Scout Troop 543 and $500 to the Mary Hogan School playground.
Also, $500 to the Quarry Hill School summer playgroup, $500 to the Middlebury Community House, $420 to Hospice Volunteer Services, $300 to the Ferrisburgh Recreation Field, $300 to the Fresh Air Fund, $300 to Leicester Summer Alive, $250 to the Ilsley Library summer program and $220 to three other county programs.
These grants are made possible by the donors, shoppers and volunteers at Neat Repeats.
