Otter Valley girls’ basketball prevails over Windsor
WINDSOR — The Otter Valley Union High School girls’ basketball team used balanced scoring to win at Windsor on Monday night, 61-42.
Brittany Bushey and Sophia Bloomer led the OV attack with 10 points apiece as the Otters improved to 3-4 with the win over the 5-3 Jacks. The victory was the third in four outings for the Otters after an 0-3 start to their season.
Two tough matchups loom this week: Division I Mount Anthony is scheduled to visit Brandon on Thursday at 7 p.m., and OV will travel to face D-II title contender Fair Haven on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. The Otters also host Brattleboro on Monday at 7 p.m.
