Vermont’s statewide ban on cellphones in schools starts this year

Kids will be banned from using smartphones during the school day.

The state will start sending out ballots late next month.

The U.S. BUILD grant to help fund the reconstruction project was announced Monday by the Vermont Congressional Delegation.

Heffernan said he is not transphobic. He said he’s not sure he would support the equal rights amendment, though, given his concerns about people who “use it for the extreme.”
