Through CHIP the town would be able to borrow money to build municipal infrastructure.
It’s a proposal that could deliver key funding for roads, sidewalks and water/sewer connections that would serve the second phase of the new Stonecrop Meadows neighborhood.
The Middle Housing CHIP process will unfold this summer and fall.
