MIDDLEBURY — A Leicester man faces multiple charges — including possession of a dangerous weapon in the commission of a felony — after he allegedly fired at a vehicle parked at Middlebury’s Briarwood Apartments back on April 20, shortly after midnight.No one was hurt in that incident, according to police.In addition to the weapons citation, Middlebury police on June 16 said they cited Scott D.
