Gov. Phil Scott ordered the closing of bars and restaurants across the state effective 2 p.m. on Tuesday. It his administration’s latest effort to curb the spread of the coronavirus in Vermont. Establishments must remain closed through April 6. In the meantime, restaurants will be allowed to offer takeout and delivery services.
