On Friday, the Vermont House of Representatives unanimously approved the final version of the landmark S.325 bill that reigns in the overreach of Act 181
Debates over wastewater infrastructure, land use, environmental policy and education reform are driving conversations about Vermont’s future.
As the Legislature’s crossover date passed and more electric buses burst into flames, so are my hopes for solving Vermont’s affordability crisis during this legislative session.
“The time is now for you to find out how Act 181 may impact your use of your own land.”
“Act 73 itself does not close or consolidate any schools, but it will help us control education spending based on number of students.”
I want to encourage you by noting that the incoming class of new Vermont legislators is full of very competent and enthusiastic people from all across this great state.
